if u consider their penthouse MCST is 400 per mth.....

then they can afford a 2m landed with about the same repayment...

2m for a 99yrs landed can get decent size....

This is spacious if u r planning to stay with 2 families.
(E.g Springhill, Shaughnessy, summer garden, horizon green etc)

You need to cross a bridge over PIE - 6 or 8 lanes and then walk further to simei mrt. If you can do that in 8 mins, means you are running, jogging or very fast walking le.
