Indicative pricing is around $735 to $755 PSF. So average for a 1076 sq ft unit is around $800K. But there will be units at Treasure Crest priced below $735, like very low floors, facing road, etc, and some priced above $755 PSF, like the high floor best facing ones. So depends on which units you shortlist.

The greatest fear is one sell leads to another sell. Everything spirals and a meltdown comes.

So far our economy is quite resilient. Problem is crisis normally comes unexpected. Jobs loss... banks cutting... are probably some early warnings.

Because I know they are throwing some discounts for The Vales?

Is the finishing and amenities for TC going to be better than Vales?

Pricing of TC definitely cheaper than the vales.
I will personally go for TC for more privacy as vales balance units are mainly facing the LRT.
But I bought bellewaters because of no resale levy and better landscaping.

BW is a bigger proj with more facilities. U get to walk ard your estate to relax and chill. Vales and TC 1 stretch see all..... Like u look out of your unit and u see everything. U walk 200m and that's it.

Even without resale levy BW is more expensive but I kind of like the main contractor, it's Qingjian after all; TOP sooner as well.

this weekend come with me to TC showflat and u will find out lo. :D:D:D

BW is not bad but I prefer TC because of the actual location. Away from noisy and dusty TPE and the proximity to the hospital/LRT (not too bad if you don't drive).

I went down today .... Reception is lukewarm. Show flat is ok, nothing too fancy either.

Not really very into the layout of the EC facilities. Everything cluster Fk in the middle of the 2 blocks. No quiet place to chill or explore. Really built like a high-end HDB with swimming pool and gym.

I think it will be similar to the vales kind of sales. 20-30% in the VVIP and it will take the next 1-2 years to go up to 60% cause the possible price is nothing ground breaking although they paid a lot lesser than the surrounding 2 EC.

Price should be starting from $700k for the smallest unit. (89sqm). I was expecting it to start from $640k from all the hoohaa. Disappointed.

I drove past just now.
The visitors just park their cars along the road since it's still a pretty quiet road. There is also a round about with no buildings around it, so just dump your car there.
