I will think if the Vales want to act it will be today or tomorrow. No point after the ballot when some of the potential buyer will have already buy TC.
Vales still have a lot of 3 bedrooms balance units which can target those who is going for TC 3 bedrooms.
Vales is left with mainly 3 bedder standard which is limited in TC

can anyone share the real benefit of the utility room? this will help greatly in the selection between 3br and 3br premium?:D
Utility room can put in all your stuff, so you no need to headache about building lots of storage cabinets at the TV wall, in the bedrooms, etc etc.

Without utility room, where you gonna keep your large suitcases when you're not using them? Stack in the corner? :s22:

Just a question, any idea whether the stacks facing TPE will be affected by noise from the highway?

I am talking about stacks 3 to 6, 11, 12, 15 & 16. It seems these stacks are still a distance away from TPE but will it be noisy? If say buying these stacks, should buy mid-level and not too high? Cos sound travel upwards?

Any experts? Lol

saw the pricelist. how come stack 03 and 04 the price so low compare to other stack ?

1) No view at all, it's facing a gov building - still don't know what it is.
2) it's beside the big trashbin area
3) Beside the entrance to the condo. Some don't like cos it might be noisy.

Agree that the location not ideal and might have noise pollution too cos near to hospital and schools. Imagine waking up to the ambulance siren during the wee hour of the night and also the school bell ringing in the early morning with screaming kids....But of course if lock windows then should be no issue assuming the units are sound proof.

the school opposite might be an international school or a JC.

Store room or helpers room! I can't live without one for I have tonnes of stuff.
Pls don't use the utility room for maid...it's so stuffy inside there! Pls take gd care of your maid personal well being cos they are the one taking care of your children (if any) and household for you while you work. Utility room is for putting your extra stuff so that your living space will be less cluttered. Utility room is necessary imho especially when you start a family cos you will have lot's of things that you can't imagine now...

Too small to be ite I think. Amk has 1 and tampines too. If it's really ite then it might affect the price. But Def it's post sec. Too big to be pri or sec school. The one beside TC shld b sec.
So ding dong from both sides and tpe. Gosh! Must buy under units

Usually such a big land they will build an international school or a JC. A few agents also gave the same comment based on their past experiences.

Anyone concerned about the possibility of the "Civic & Community Institution" to the north of TC being a funeral parlour?

Go google "Civic & Community Institution Singapore"
Click the first link under URA
Refer to part 17

That small piece of land can't be a worker's dorm right? It shouldn't be built so near to residential and schools.

Would it be a funeral parlour? Since it's close to place of Worship...
