Actually I really admire this sinkie boomer couple. I hope when we are at their age, still be so fit and healthy. 🙏 They have been doing hiking around Schweiz for the past 6 years. Hat off to them .
I want to do that too. But not sure when I can retire…..:(:(:(

Dabao sio bak to eat on the train to Salzburg….2.50 euros….

Looks good! I like Austria's train transportation. Clean, prim like in Swizterland or Netherlands. Rmb drink their redbull lol

And also their national drink - Almdudler has been called the "national drink of Austria". Its popularity in Austria is second only to Coca-Cola. About 80 million litres of the beverage are produced per year. (from Wiki)

Such places with nice scenery is it hard to get to without driving?
Correct. Most will drive. There are buses. Some places like Moraine Lake are accessible by bus only. Bus is more troublesome. Talking about locals.
About 1hour drive from Calgary.
Tourists go by tour bus.
At least dont have to fly several hours.

Wow. That's cheap as compared to Schweiz SSB food on board. Normally I will bring food for long distance, instead of visiting the restaurant on board.
