What I mean is withdraw partial not entire. How does it work? E.g I put 30k. Later withdraw 5k to 25k ok. If withdraw again it goes below 25k then ?
Can I interpret in this way? Assuming that I have $3100 at the end of Oct, the adb for oct is $100? Then if I top up 100K in November, the adb will be calculated base on the daily balance, e.g. $103100 divided by the number of days in November. If the adb is higher than the october adb, I will get the 2.2% for Nov? Coming to December, the daily balance divided by the number of days, still cannot be lower than the adb in October? If my interpretation is correct, as long as we don't withdraw close to $100K, we will be getting 2.2%? The banking account cannot be stagnant, there will money in and out, if we divide the daily balance by the number of days lapsed for the month and if the adb is still higher than the adb of October, we are safe to receive 2.2%?

The difference between oct and nov/dec/jan adb is what considered fresh fund which will apply the 2.2% pa if said fresh fund is abv 100k

Don't think u can can get accurate Adb with just a closing number. U need to see your oct statement for opening ,closing and transactions in between.easy if it's blank, but if not , just go ask Trust chatbot bah, unless there is one section which writes it? I cannot find personally, only can check current adb - interface looks cool but not intuitive .

How do you participate? 1. Create a savings pot in your Trust savings account

and name it 'Level Up', by 30 November 2026.

2. Deposit funds to reach an incremental average daily

balance (ADB) of at least S$25,000.

3. Maintain the incremental ADB of at least S$25,000

each month, to participate for that month.

Incremental ADB calculation

Incremental ADB is how much higher the ADB for a month is,

compared to the ADB for October 2026.

ADB is the sum of daily balances for a month divided by the

number of days in that month

How you receive your interest:You will receive the interest you earn through this promotion

in two parts

1. Your usual interest payment that occurs on a monthly

basis, and

2. A top-up payment, to your Trust savings account, by

15 February 2027.

The top-up payment will be the interest you have

earned through this promotion minus the interest

already earned on that same balance.

To view Oct adb, can use the app,
Bottom 2nd tab “money”
Look for “interest earn” tab.
“Past 12 months”
Once u go in can see the adb of the individual month when u select it.

Ok thanks for sharing. So it follow the same mechanics as SCB eSaver or Maybank iSavvy. You can withdraw to less than 25k but on other days you must put more than 25k to compensate for those days below 25k. For ppl who treat it as FD everyday 25k no touch will be safe.

Gam xia for the clear explanation. They hide it very deep wor :s13:
I also don't understand why they put these promo notifications under quest at rewards tab. they do pop random new ones under the boxes of other pages ,can swipe away one.

Seems fine to me. The pdf wrote adb is the sum of daily balances for a month divided by the number of days in that month.
Then they calc incremental adb to the Oct adb base.
You mentioned your base interest is 0.4% , means you changed your plan to Zen? Then I guess they'll top up the respective months using 2.2-0.4 difference if meet the monthly adb conditions .
Does it mean that it doesn't matter which Savings plan we choose, zen or flex, because at the end of the campaign, they will pay the top up interest which is 2.2% minus base interest?

Then why is there a banner in the app advertising up to 2.4% on the flex plan?

Yes ,no difference if you are following through the event to clock the incremental ADB corresponding rate successfully.

Flex is one of the plans - u need to clock the top few requirements to get 2.25% to 2.4% of regular interest. once u can do that monthly, you don't need this level up promo because there is nothing for them to top up.
