when i write more, i'm contradicting myself (because i said i shouldn't elaborate more previously). when my reply is short and concise, you also bitch like a guniang. seriously, are you sidestepping from the subject?

i read the quotes but there is no apparent indication that shows me accusing trd2970 for making unfair/unsubstantiated comparison. you may invite our forum mod to validate my post(s).

ps: "you may" is a suggestion, not a demand. just in case, some readers have difficulty telling the two apart. :s13:

Lol, for one you've already stopped with the pretense and started typing in short sentences.

You need help reading the quotes in sequence? You don't recognize snark when you see it, or are you so dense that it isn't even apparent to you?

And oh, I need to walk the talk? Walk simi talk? oh when you make a demand here, does it mean i've to give in?

Can you get your story straight not. First you say when ppl ask then don't need to comply.. But you did... Then you come around with that piece of nsark saying people make unfounded comparisons... Then proceed to compare celio and uniqlo without anything to back it up....

But wait.. There's more! When asked to explain why you though celio tees are better.. You avoid request by posting a WOT explaining why you rather not.. When that effort could have been spent actually explaining why celio tees are better. To cap things off you proceed to substantiate why you think Uniqlo's polos are better!:s22::s22::s22:

I think the confused one here is you. Type so much WOT but only manage to make a claim about celio tees that you can't back up.. Yet still want to be so defensive.

Bought ultra light down for europe trip and Use it during summer

does it work well? i'm seriously thinking of getting that since its more easily packable for my trip to replace my old bulky wool jacket. already got base layers from icebreaker merino, and hoping that getting this ultralight down jacket will complement it well in really cold weather.:s12:

Ultra light down is good
Used for tokyo winter, still ok. Just need to layer a bit underneath and standby a scarf, and you're all good

Wearing a Uniqlo Dry Pique Short Sleeve Polo Shirt and realised why they aren't my favourite.

Even though the fabric claims to consist of Supima Cotton, the polo doesn't breathe well. The addition of polyester into the fabric allows the shirt to be somewhat crease and wrinkle resistant with an extremely dry handfeel. However, the shirt gets pretty swampy out in our humid weather and the fabric doesn't wick the sweat away.

In contrast 100% pique cotton polos are softer and breathe a lot better.

The plain pique cotton polos were on special offer over the weekend: $19.90. The marketing brief states that the polo contains some "dry fit" material that help to wick away sweat and dry off faster.

Lol yea the "dry" material is polyester which gives it a very dry hand feel. Breathabity and moisture wicking... Not so much..
