if you want to enjoy it's best to buy the Express Pass. just came back from trip. experience at USJ was so different this time without having to queue long mins. highly recommend the Harry Potter section and ride.

As per hkchew, yup only if you getting express passes then u got to take note the following for express pass timing wise:

1) For Klook, timing is auto assigned by them.
2) USJ Japan website can choose timing and no limit on no. of tickets but only accept Japan issued credit card from what I gathered.
3) USJ English website can choose timing but can only but up to 4 pax at one time. Only Apple Pay works so far based on what I gathered.

Just an update... I finally purchased my USJ tickets yesterday at 11pm (since Japan one hr earlier than us) for 30 Nov.

And yes, the USJ Japan website accepted my Amex! Fastest finger first and I got really good timing for the timed entry! Woohoo!

The email and QR codes came almost immediately.

For those planning to do likewise, just follow this guide. Hope this helps!

And yes, the USJ Japan website accepted my Amex! Fastest finger first and I got really good timing for the timed entry! Woohoo!

I bought entry pass + express pass 1 week ago via USJ english website. I didn't register USJ account and etc.

Just enter whatever details it asked me to.

I have no idea how it works for me but i will share what i used to purchase the tickets.

there’re different rides you can choose. check it out on the USJ website or Klook

If cannot take motion sickness, best not to even go. Most of the best rides are either exciting or 3D/4D type of ride.

Yeah loh. But what to do, the little one likes SNW, which I am also keen to explore.

hence probably will buy the Early Entry pass to rush into SNW and forgo the Express Pass

iirc it’s like 2 months in advance but check the USJ calendar/Klook to be sure
