Was at COMEX yesterday, bought an Olympus EM-5 Mark ii from Courts. Was only informed that there was no stock for the black one AFTER I've paid. The salesperson gave me 2 options which are the following:
1) Go back to suntec the next day to collect
2) Wait 7+ days to collect at the nearest Courts.
I asked for delivery but the boss there said $30

Any advices?

I called the Courts hotline and it seems like the CSO can't really do anything about it and they don't wanna give me their HR's email

Very dissatisfied with the way they are handling this issue. In addition to this, I've also witnessed that they promised a customer a free tripod but the tripod was out of stock also LOL

Go to their Facebook and rant about it. Although It might not help to resolve but it can reach out to more people.

They have always been like that now. Ah Beng tactics, nvr check inventory, but sell first!

If go Facebook, must whack every line to let ppl see. They tend to erase off bad comments ,so watch it! (class 95, only hear good things )

Previous show CEE i also met with such case but retailer is Harvey Norman. Exactly the same situation. In the end I had to walk all the way to Millenia Walk store to collect -.-

Ask for free delivery also dont have, extra freebies also cannot, raise voice act dulan also no use

Actually Courts can void the CC transaction on the spot if they want.
