okay guys, i just called the bank again and here's the advise i got.

Sept spending in total was not impacted by the refunded amount. Ie to say...i am still in tier 2 of over 1000sgd spent.

That being said, it means this mth i need to spend 500sgd + refunded amount. Reason offered by UOB CSO was that this refunded amount is impacting on October total transactions.

My billing cycle is july, aug, sep by right, I should receive my cc rebate in oct. But no sound no picture from uob

Normally one day before your statement date in Oct.

Meaning does the giro transactions amount count towards the $500?

Giro is deduct via bank account. It is different from recurring bill payment from cc.

Recurring bill payment from cc count towards the 500 cc spending except for instalments

It goes into your CC card. Check the UNI points or something.

It goes back into your One card as credited cash. You should see a CR beside the amount.

Yes. It can be used to offset the following month’s credit card bill

Best is to call them up to verify, and at the same time adjust the statement date to something easier to rmb and track.

Depends on when statement is run. You might receive the card after statement runs which means u missed first month. That’s what happen to me
