Previously never got this issue as long as the spending in a calendar month is >S$500. This month didn't got the bonus interest for one account. called and got answered that S&CC not eligible, and it's a new T&C change, but never see it. Any black & white fonts?

Before this June, I always thought bonus interest for One Account and the One Card rebate are two different things, and never expect One Card rebate actually as it involves compliance for 3 months in a row but do look forward to bonus interest for One Account every month. Now eligible spending criteria seem applicable to both.

Hi what bills are consider Giro?

Giro payment for below ok?

Credit card payment via Giro consider (Uob card and other bank cards)?
Income tax
Insurance

All of them if using GIRO with source of fund from UOB one account

Yes. For uob credit cards, need to ensure there is min $10 bill to be paid for GIRO to be triggered, not sure if there is any min for other bank credit cards.

Received on 3 Jun. You probably did not hit 500 min spend in that some spending not eligible. Call their hotline and ask.

Why don't you spend a bit every month to trigger the GIRO. Eg if $10 can trigger GIRO, continue to spend $10 each on the 3 CIMB cards to get $100 plus UOB bonus interest. Until such time that you can set up other GIRO to replace. The target is to get UOB bonus interest and not CIMB card rebate.

Need to find alternative for CIMB supp card.

I am principle cardholder of UOB One credit card and have UOB One bank account. If I get a supp card for my UOB credit card, will the spending on the supp card meet both the $500 min spend for UOB credit rebate as well as UOB One bank account bonus interest ?

Yes, sup card spendings are counted for both. ;)

Same thing happened to me. I was told town council charges suddenly excluded (but this item has all along been counted towards $500). I was upset and the CSO told me to spend more in this month to top up for shortfall in prev month and then call back to ask for waiver. I.e. back pay prev month interest on account that i fulfil in this month.
