just raised a dispute with UOB. They claimed I didn't spend enough although the website explicitly stated "Recurring payments which covers your insurance premiums charged to your card.", Which includes my car insurance monthly premium which the call centre lady said is not in the $500.

Go to ur town council office and fill up a form . Recurring payment using UOB one CC. But I think it is not consider a valid spending for the $500 cos town council is under Gov.

Depends what u mean by 12mth installment. If it is 0% installment payment plan (ipp) or Smartpay then not counted.

hi all, i currently have 2 GIRO transactions under my one account

I am trying to hit $500 spending every month and 3 GIRO transactions to get the bonus interest

Qns!!

Is there a minimum GIRO amount to be GIRO-ed to qualify for the 3 GIRO transactions? Eg: one of my GIRO amount is $17.

Can these GIRO amount be counted as part of the "$500 card spend"?

For the card spend do i need to spend using ONE Credit Card or i can use other cards to qualify? eg: UOB YOLO Card

Please help!!! I am confused :(

The 3 Giro bill payment must be funded by the UOB One account (not card). No min amount for Giro, but then some bills need a min amount to be triggered e.g. uob credit card need min $10. Giro not counted to card spend. Card spend can be clocked on uob one card, yolo and lady's cards and some debit cards.

hi!! thanks for your reply!! so as long as i have 3 giro transactions reflected for the month is fine right?

Understood on the point abt GIRO not counted as card spend. Is there any things to take note for cases that transaction doesn't regard as "card spend"?

Because car insurance is charged yearly, just that your car insurance company give standing instruction to UOB to let it be deducted monthly. Hence not considered. I kena before
