Thanks guys! How do you guys keep track of your minimum spend? Can our unbilled balance be seen in the UOB app?

Wanna clarify some information that I heard from the UOB Branch employees today:

1) For joint account with two debit card holders, does the spend of both primary and secondary account holder count towards the minimum of $500 a month?

2) Does utilities bill paid via recurring debit card payment count towards the minimum of $500 a month? For example SP Group and Sembcorp.

The UOB employee was insistent that the answer for both of the above is No but I dont think she is correct.

Hi need some help from the experts here.

Taking up UOB One account and CC due to the citibank maxigain saga.

Read back a few pages to understand this account and also read on the TnCs.

However just wanna clarify the following point.
- It is stated that bonus interest is calculated based on MONTHLY AVERAGE BALANCE (MAB)
- It was also stated that " #Monthly average balance is the summation of each day end balance for each month divided by the number of calendar days for that month. "
- I also saw someone commented that after the giro deduction, you can top up twice to cover the difference because its based on MAB not daily end day balance.

So for the following example am I right?
1st to 10th of month - end day balance $10,000
11th to 30th - end day balance $107,500
MAB will still be $75,000 and there will be no difference from others that leave $75,000 throughout the whole month?

Or will they take it as:
1st to 10th of month - end day balance $10,000
11th to 30th - end day balance $107,500 (capped at 75,000)
MAB = (10,000 x 10 + 75,000 x 20) / 30 = 53,333

P.S. If the example seems abit extreme. Just wanna make sure that if I forget about my giro deductions / need to transfer funds out, I can 'cover' back before end of month to maximise my interest.

i using this method. so far only slight error (abt 10cts diff) from UOB's calc
but i only top up once from beginning of the month

The following is correct (but if top up is done on weekend/hoiday, the top up may be delayed 1-2 day to be counted to the balance for interest)
1st to 10th of month - end day balance $10,000
11th to 30th - end day balance $107,500
MAB will still be $75,000 and there will be no difference from others that leave $75,000 throughout the whole month

Is the interests in yet? Including the bonus interest (used with ONE CC)

There is only one set of bonus interest, already received. Min $500 card spend is mandatory. 2xgiro bill or salary crediting for higher tier.
