All the other banks allow me to close via call/chat..

I was charged for some fee of the debit card that i never use. It took bit of effort to get it waived and i do not want to ask to waive for fall below min balance fee.

I made a FAST fund transfer to 'other accountc and in addition to the process before it now asks for an additional authentication "Verify your identity" with an OTP code sent by...email!! to verify the transaction!

Anyone tried using own paynow from the bank to paynow to do salary credit to yourself? Does it trigger the counter? It stated it requires transaction ref: PAYNOW SALA.
Does this transaction ref refers to the remarks where you can type in?

Noticed that too. U can use Uobtmr app to get it waived.
