It has always been second business day, not second day. Which is still quite a number of days to go. If you are new to the account just say so, people would clarify the standard faq instead of having to make guess if you met the criteria or scare others that there is a nerf.

I already put the screenshot and I am still new to the account? Sheesh.

Anyway, I better call the customer service then to try my luck here.

Oct 2024 bonus interest was credited on 2nd Nov 2024.
Nov 2024 bonus interest was credited on 3rd Dec 2024.

Both are on 2nd working day of the following month. Verified with my statements. Saturday is considered a working day for UOB. I am helping out with stating facts, not sure what you mean by nonsense.

quite confusing - dunno which is for new to UOB customers and which is for existing customers. some sections quite clear, others left me guessing.

(for e.g., met spend requirement of $500 via credit card in Jan, but $200 was subsequently refunded in say mid Feb 2025).

No but you'll need to spend 200 more in Feb 2025 otherwise you won't get bonus interest in Feb 2025) or subsequent months

actually even if UOB state that BI will be credited on second day of the following, since 1 Feb is a Sat, the second day will be 2nd Feb (Sun), the credit will still be done on 3 Feb (Mon). Because most banks T&Cs always have this clause "if the date is Sun or PH, the credit/transaction will take place next business day". Need to be street smart a bit ......

From 1st May 2024, computed bonus interest for the first $150k principal amount (average daily balance) :

28 days in the month = $454.52 (not yet verified)
29 days in the month = $470.75 (not yet verified)
30 days in the month = $486.98 (verified with June, September, November 2024 statements)
31 days in the month = $503.21 (verified with May, July, August, October, December 2024 statements)

Disclaimer : actual amounts may differ by a few cents due to rounding off, pls refer to bank for eventual amounts .....

Bonus interest should come in next Monday or Tuesday next week ....

This February month will be a 29 days in a month .... bonus interest will be at $470 ......

Has anyone gotten a call from UOB saying to change your UOB one account to a normal savings account but still get to earn the interest of the one account plus additional interest???
