No. Instalment that are excluded from rebate refer only to 0% Instalment Payment Plan and SmartPay. Recurring bill is not instalment.

The changes are consistent across all UOB One Card members. However, any acceleration or full/partial cancellation of payment plans will be
considered as card spend and awarded cash rebate.

I called regarding the above clause -- Acceleration.

Anyway, even if it can be considered as Card Spend, please note, any form of "payment" into the CC account to close off the IPPs, will incur admin fee $100.
