to better understand your query what is your statement date? which month was your card approved?

the rebate from oct to dec will be used to offset amounts in your subsequent statement(s) till the rebate is used up. If you made spending in Jan the rebate will offset the amount your Jan statement.

does this card has any exclusion? lets say if i use it to pay road tax, or motor insurance, or topup ezlink card using visa paywave at MRT stations, all can be counted ah?

i remember last time all is counted, but last year they started introducing exclusions, e.g. prepaid cards are out

I am new but I try to figure out, later you check with CSO again.
You may ask CSO is your quarterly cycle Dec-Feb, Mar-May…

Let's say your quarterly cycle is Dec-Feb because your card approved in Dec. Then your 1st statement date in this 1st quarter is 1st-Dec, 2nd statement date is 1st-Jan and 3rd statement date is 1st-Feb. Because your first two statements in this quarter already over, so your current spending up till 1st-Feb is your 3rd cycle of this quarter.

Since you are new to UOB, you can get prorated cash rebate. That mean you only need to meet 1 month can get rebate already.

How do you pay SP services with UOB One Card? I kept seeing ppl writing about it? Thought can only use DBS/POSB credit card to pay?
