If you received your rebates at end May, your rebate quarters should be Feb/Mar/Apr, or maybe your statement is not at the end of the month, then it could be different

You are right In my next cycle from May to Jul now.

my statement month is same as calender.

Anyone managed to get the $150 cash credit when you sign up for the credit card online together with UOB one account AND meet the $1500 expenditure within 30 days?

I met all the conditions and up to now (Since April) still have not received the $150 cash credit.

Also anyone managed to get the $20 cash rebate for supp card applications? i also never receive even though i meet the criterias.

The first 400 Principal Holders to have their Supplementary Holder charge at least S$300 in Eligible Transactions to their UOB Card within one month from the date of approval of their UOB Card pursuant to the Application submitted in connection with this Promotion (each, a “Qualifying Holder”) will be entitled to receive a S$20 cash rebate (the “Cash Rebate”). This UOB Supplementary Card $20 Acquisition Promotion (1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019) (“Promotion”) is only valid from 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019(both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

UOB One Card recognises the recurring payment option as well for M1 and MyRepublic. Don’t have to make the payment via online/app to get the rebates.

Another possibility is not all $500 are eligible spend for Bonus interest.

One Account will be eligible for Bonus Interest if the Primary Holder successfully charges a minimum required sum in a calendar month on retail transactions to such UOB credit card and/or UOB debit card as determined by us, which is issued to the Primary Holder as the main cardholder (“Condition 1”). For this purpose, retail transactions charged by the Primary Holders supplementary cardholder(s) will be accrued to and aggregated under the Primary Holder’s principal card. A transaction is
successfully charged if it has been posted in the Primary Holder’s statement as falling within a calendar month.

40.12 “Retail transactions” refers to local and foreign retail transactions and recurring bill payment but excludes the following:
(a) previous months’ outstanding;
(b) cash advances, balance transfers, fund transfers and fund withdrawals;
(c) instalment loans, monthly instalment under instalment payment plans or SmartPay;
(d) transactions arising from the use of your UOB credit card or UOB debit card for ATM transactions, NETS transactions, bill
payments at AXS, SAM and NETS;
(e) fees, interests, late payment charges and other financial charges imposed by UOB;
(f) payment of funds to any prepaid accounts, including but not limited to top-ups on any stored value facility, EZ Link card transactions and other transit link transactions;
(g) payment made to government institutions and services (for example, court cost, fines, bail and bond payments, tax payment,
postal services, intra-government purchases and any other government services not classified here);
(h) payment made to charitable / religious organizations;
(i) payment made on gambling or trading platforms (including but not limited to websites for trading of shares, foreign currency and cryptocurrency);
(j) unposted, voided, cancelled, disputed and/or reversed transactions within the calendar month for any reason. We reserve the right to debit the amount of Bonus Interest credited from any of your Accounts if the adjustments arising from such unposted, voided, cancelled, disputed and/or reversed transactions have not been made within the relevant month; and
(k) any other transactions we may exclude from time to time without prior notice.

Can somebody shed more light on the "payment made to government institutions and services"?

Seems that payments for medical services at Government Restructured Hospitals are eligible (as per my friend's last bill / rebates). So I am wondering if payments for courses at CC are eligible as well. :s11:

Edit:
I found an FAQ on UOB website and now confused on the Hospital payments (will check with him again)

Why go thru this uncertain step when it is clearly spelt out that grabpay and top ups can get 5% and you can set up fave to use grab for payment?:s11::s22:

Not sure if you know this. Some Fave Partners give up to 20% cashback if you use FavePay.

Thanks.
