UOB one card

guys, I applied for the card last week, just received the card yesterday and activated it today. I called the CSO to ask when my cycle is and she told me my 1st month is already passed from 13 Aug to 12 Sep and I only have less than 10 days to meet the minimum spend for the 2nd month now. Isn't this very unreasonable? Is this the usual practice?

This is norm for this card. Anyway the rebate is prorated for this card, just need to mert spending requirements for 2 or 1 month to get 2/3 or 1/3 of quarterly rebate

When i first applied for this in feb, only received it in late april partly because of them requesting a number of document (fresh grad so must produce employer letter and payslip etc)

After I called in at 5pm and ask them to expedite, next morning 10am,received sms about its approval. 3 days later received card in my letter box.

Uob can assign the statement date however they like. Can call in to change. Different people can have different statement month/date.

Not eligible. Contactless means tapping for paywave or samsung pay/apple pay/google pay/uob mighty.

Hi all, just checking if anyone knows bills for KK Hospital (non A&E) is it consider under hospital mcc or Govt service mcc?

Also what if we made payment via SingHealth app? What mcc is that?

I tried googling and only found a spreadsheet that says kkh a&e is under hospital mcc and legible for rebates
