I have a silly question.. First time getting the rebate, and I see $300 rebate under my One card. How do I use it??:s13:

I did 2k grabpay top-up (5 txn) every month for the past quarter, should I be getting $600 rebate instead of $300?

They will offset your Mar CC bill.
You won't see the grab $300 there. It will similarly offset the bill.

My billing cycle ends at each month-end and the last bill of the quarter is $2k for Feb. Do you mean it will be reduced by $600? And I just have to pay 1.4k?

Or do I have to spend for 1 more month (Mar) still so that the $600 will be offset for Mar spending and onwards.

Need to spend in Mar onwards statement to claim the $300 quarterly rebate, i.e. rebate will be credited at end of Mar onwards statement(s) only if there is unpaid bill to be offset, till the $300 is used up.

The $300 additional 5% will be credited at end of Mar statement. Cannot encash, so need to spend it also.

This is the second thing I don't like about UOB One Card (the first being rebate given quarterly instead of monthly).

Other credit cards will credit the rebate even if there is no future spend and you see it in the statement as a credit balance which will remind you to spend. But this card if no future spend you won't see it in the statement. And if you spend less than the rebate, the rebate credited is the amount spend. The unspent rebate won't be credited.

Unspent rebate can be used to offset subsequent month spending.

Actually no need to urgently spend it. It will be credit in. So if you didn’t spend 600$ in that month your CC will have +ve balance that’s all.

Yes. But note quarterly rebate expire in 2 years. Also should annual fee waiver fail, need to spend the rebate amount without getting new rebate for the spending.

so the uob rebate is credited at beginning of the next 1st cycle month while the 5% grab rebate is credited at the end of the next 1st cycle month...

why make it so difficult for their customers and employee? :(

same here, only $300 so far.

Under 'rewards' as in the internet banking where it is together with the uni$ section? The grab rewards will not show there.

Grab reward will be credited to your Credit card account around the same day the quarterly rebate is credited. The 'rewards' section only shows quarterly, it doesn't show additional bonus, eg. Grab bonus, utility payment bonus etc...
