Giant, Guardian and those using UOB terminals are generally possible for same day posting but must use physical card. Payment via Samsung Pay has never been same day even if it is possible with physical card.

i wrote and checked with CardUp with regards to my scheduled april payment to my condo's MCST. Quoting the This was their reply

Thanks for getting in touch.

Following UOB's updated Terms and Conditions governing their UOB ONE Card (effective from 16 March 2020 onwards), we confirm that your payments on CardUp scheduled with this card will continue qualifying for cashback according to your minimum monthly card spend.

I paid condo MCST fee via Cardup in early Feb before UOB publishing new One Card T&C on 14 Feb. Called UOB on 10 March to check the MCC of that specific transaction at UOB end and CSO told me it is 6513. Perhaps, Cardup decided to charge condo fee payment to under 7399 after UOB announced these new exclusions.

Can anyone, who made condo MCST fee payment via Cardup these days, to call UOB to check the MCC at UOB end?


Separately, I contacted ipaymy on the same. Below is the reply:

'Hi there wave thanks for contacting ipaymy Support. The MCC for MCST payments would be 7399. Let me know if you have any further questions and I'll be glad to help.'

Just made a condo MCST fee payment via ipaymy tonight and will call UOB again to check the MCC once this transaction posted.

Should be able to. I have a transaction in mid Feb where a 1249 transaction was posted on the same day. The ones before 3am were posted same day as previous day transactions.
