My grab top up on 13 March, both transaction and posting dates on 13 March.

Top up grab wallet on 14 and 15 March (transaction date). But the posting date is 16 March. So I presume these transactions not counted anymore?

Yes, the transactions are not counted anymore as UOB sees the posting date, not the transaction date.

Telco(s) should be considered eligible spending. Some telco even allow u to pay in advance

When you pay through ipaymy, you're just paying ipaymy via card and they'll bank transfer your intended recipient. The MCC hence depends on ipaymy which currently isn't excluded by UOB.

sign up early, the promo codes usually sent via email or live chat them to ask of any

referral codes for business accounts only @1.3% fee for first payment ..

Beats me. But I'm guessing merchants get some say to describe their own businesses and get MCCs accordingly.

since the last update, I think the SP Services apps does not permit paying any figure above the Due amount now. Equal or lower, thats what I encountered anyway
