Can I just check...for SimplyGo when it updates as one transaction for UOB One CC, does it accumulate the expenditure only for a single trip, or for one whole day?

One whole day

By the way, simplygo doesn’t count as transaction for the at least 5 required for rebates? Just for my info though as I don’t qualify for the rebates anymore after insurance premium excluded as spending

Thanks

It does, each day's ride consolidated as one transaction.

not sure what you referring to. But if you aiming for the 3 giro condition,

just make sure your giro are processed by UOB before the end of each month

My uob one quarter is Feb-Apr.

Only received the grab additional rebate in May statement. Should the quarterly card rebate come in together with grab rebate? Or i have to wait till june statement to receive it? Thanks a lot!

Mine is 1 Feb - 30 Apr too (put the dates, just in case yours is mid month or what)

May, $300 came in but you cant see it (only way to see it is via mobile app)
Jun, $200 came in on 1 June

1 Jun, UOB sent sms to inform that $500 cash rebate came in

Hope it helps.

Example I giro my UOB one account to pay for my one card, in order not to miss the interest best is to set the due date on when?
You dun set due date, but you can request your statement date for uob one card to be end of month so that the due date is around 21st of next month. This will ensure the giro deduction be made in the next month, provided you have min $10.01 on the bill to be paid and enough money in account to pay the bill; also by setting statement date at end of month easier to track card spend for both rebate and interest.

Some other bank credit card/ other bill may not allow you to change statement date. But so long the due date is not say 29th-30th of the month, it should be fine.

Actually I'm a bit curious. Since UOB one card requires at least $10.01 for GIRO to kick in...what happens if you spend less than that? It will just be a hanging payment that you need to pay off manually?

Does using the card for mrt directly counts for the eligible spending? Cause I heard from my friend mrt top up doesn’t count.
