Does using the card for mrt directly counts for the eligible spending? Cause I heard from my friend mrt top up doesn’t count.

SimplyGo ( ie tapping the card directly) counts. But if use it to topup Ezlink card etc not counted.

Yea. Referring to the one bonus interest.
Thanks guys!

Do you mean the UOB ONE Saving account that max interest earning if you deposit up to $75K?

If your answer is YES, then I also waiting for the interest too...this month a bit late though....mostly is by 3rd Day of the month, it is already credited to the account lo......

Hi guys.. I'm wondering if I buy those prepaid cards from 7 11 like Google play or qoo10, are they eligible spending?

Sent from Samsung SM-N970F using GAGT

I know where is the problem already after I called UOB Hotline...

For earning UOB-ONE Card Cash Rebate => Go by card statement month.

For interest earn from UOB-ONE Saving account => UOB measured in calendar month.

My UOB-ONE statement is from 11th to 10th next month.

I spent $2K these few days, which is (May-Jun cycle), but UOB said I did not spend in the calendar month of May, hence no interest earn.

I guess u just open the account? u can request to sync the statement date to calendar date..

No, I have open UOB-ONE saving account for 1+ years. All along I have no issue, as I always spent within the calendar month so coincidentally....hence problem did not surface out immediately...or else I will more careful with....

Recently, due to COVID-19 situation, my spending dragged a bit, which is still within the credit card statement month, BUT failed the calendar month which is I am unaware of....

With this, I got myself into trouble....
