oh yea i saw that site earlier, but abit confusing at the top part of the page where it shows shopee 10 percent rebate. Anyway thanks!

I called UOB up and yes they told me i will get $70+ for my shopee transaction, if i meet the minimum $500 spend for Sep and Oct. So end OCT, i will get the $70+ (shopee cashback) + the minimum $50 cashback.

yes as long as you meet the $500 min spend per month (which you have).

but just watch out for some glitches where some of the shopee transactions may be flagged as ineligible for the 5%. happened a couple of times to me in the past.

I got a bit of a reverse problem now. Got some automated transactions happened earlier in July (supposed to happen in Aug but they were posted on 31st July). So now my August transactions won't have enough transactions and amount to hit the monthly criteria

Possible to ask UOB if can push the extra transactions to August? Haha I doubt it will work though

If you die die want to charge these transactions to UOB One in the future, might want to change your statement date to the middle of the month to prevent this from happening again.

If something was charged on the 31st of the month but the posting date is 1st of the next month, then the transaction is counted as part of the next month right?

still need to fulfill spending requirements for quarterly rebate before getting additional 5%. Additional 5% to be credited at end of statement month following the quarter.

MCC not stated in statement. Can make educated guess or take reference from https://www.visa.com/supplierlocator-app/app/#/home/supplier-locator or contact uob to check mcc for transaction made.

Volunteered to help pay stuff for some of my other family members first using the card (while they pay me back after that) so that I can still hit the monthly criteria.
