I did one transaction via AXS pay+earn and after the transaction has been posted, I asked CS. CS said this doesn't get any rebates from UOB ONE cc.

Yeah, someone on this forum misled us

I just looked at the terms and Pay+Earn doesn't seem to be excluded. I think good chance to appeal.

My last quarter the second month made a $14 transaction at SAFRA for some event tickets, only to realize its MCC is 9399 gov services.. end up rebate for whole quarter drop from $100 to $50... only good thing is total spend amount for the whole quarter is more than $3000, excluding the SAFRA transaction...

I have a UOB One Supp card for my wife, but it seems that I am unable to pay directly to the card via the UOB app. Neither am I able to pay via the usual bank transfer method. (I tried transferring $10 via FAST to the credit card number, doesn’t seems to have reflect the payment too)

is the statement date for supp card same as the main card holder? And the total charges will just be charged to the main holder?

charges on supp cards goes to main card. Just need to pay main card

Hi, if I signed up 5 Jan and because I have existing UOB cards, my statement month ends on 12 Jan. Does it mean I needed to spend $500 within that 7 days, if not I won't get any rebate for the whole quarter?

for first quarter, if met spending for 2nd and 3rd month get 2/3 of quarterly rebate, if met spending for 3rd month get 1/3 of quarterly rebate

people do, but people also make mistakes or false assumptions. so best is not to trust everything.

No offence but i find this video useless & pointless. Firstly he keeps talking about last time. Yes it used to be 5% cashback & we wish it still was but its not. Live with it. Just like how in the 80s FD rates were almost 10% & savings account rates almost 7%. But those days are gone.

An objective video will either teach people how to make the best out of the card’s new T&Cs or suggest alternative cards. His video does neither.

Also, let’s not forget that if one has both a UOB One card AND UOB One account, the benefits are different. Can’t help but find his video biased & somewhat misleading.
