Called AXS. They said UOB One card is blocked (CSO checked using card BIN i.e. first 6 digits of card number); the block was initiated by UOB.

Hi all, any idea how to encash the rebates? After UOB introduces more and more exclusions, I am not inclined to use this card anymore. However I have existing rebates that I like to utilise.

Yes. Besides quarterly cashback, only selected merchants entitled to additional cashback. Rest will receive base cashback only (if not excluded). You can find more here:

nowadays quarterly rebate max 3.33%. Hospital MCC excluded, but can pay via healthhub or nuhs app, MCC 8099 not excluded

Annual fee wavier quite easy, just calling hotline press the number according to the voice instructions

my monthly spend is $1k to 2k, some say the wavier is depend on how much you spent, but didn’t see any solid proof

I kena one time late charge last year, call to request cancel the late charge and interest, the CSO was quite friendly to help, heard from other user in the forum that it’s one time per year you can make the request
