My guess is merchant has to charge shopee before shopee charges us.

Otherwise if shopee charges us before merchant charges, what if the item becomes OOS and merchant cancels order?

But that's just my guess...
Huh ? The charge is by shoppee platform. Merchants just sell.

it happened to me too .. China seller.

Transacted on 18 Jul, but posted only 25 Jul (delivered on 24 Jul )

not sure if Shopee is following Fairprice Online where posting only after Delivery ??

Mayb to deter rougue sellers ? (ie if itme not delivered & not yet charged, then Shopee dont need to do refund, can just cancel the transaction )

Mine for delivery from china and Malaysia. Wondering if this is a new practice.

This is a good thing actually considering shoppee has more than 300 scams compared to very low on Lazada and Qoo10.

Just that need to consider this time lag if trying to chalk up min spend

Just got a fraudulent transaction on UOB debit card within 2 months of getting the card. 1 USD / 1.38 SGD deducted by the merchant THE CUTTING BOARD COMP :s15:

I have own different bank cards for more than a decade and first time encountered fraudulent transaction.
Update: UOB finally refunded me on 27th July 2023. So about 2 weeks.

Counted, posted within same day quite impossible, so far I have never see a merchant I spent on that posts on the same day, if anyone knows of any, please share with everyone here...

Thank you! I do notice some merchants having same day transactions most of the time, for e.g Sheng Siong, Daiso, Giant, Long John Silver.

Usually those merchants who are using Uob terminals get posted on the same day. In general, Dairy farm group eg 7-11, Giant, cold storage, Guardian get posted on the same day, except when u make the transection on Sun, then it will be counted as the next day and gets posted on Tue.

Anyone's quarterly cycle is from May-July? By right today log into ibanking should see the eligible cashback (due to post on end Aug) of $50. But I don't see anything. First time happens after a few years. I am pretty sure my transactions from May-July are more than $500 per month and I received the One account bonus interest every month and I don't charge insurance on my One card.

Anyone experience the same?

If your cycle is from May to July, shouldn't you only see the cashback on your Aug bill, which comes out in Aug? Is your statement date on 1 Aug?

My statement date is on month end. 31 July. I don't need to see the statement to know my cashback. In iBanking under the card, there is a section that will show the eligible cashback that you are going to get at the end of the 4th month. It should show there since the beginning of the 4th month.

Nvm.. My brain is not straight today.. My quarter is actually June - Aug. There is why this month don't see the cashback in ibanking section.

Hi all, is it correct to understand that if the transaction spend appears under the UOB One Activities - Level 1 Spend on your card, that means for sure 100% it is eligible for One card rebates & One account interest?

Thanks!
