Anyone recently received your uob one quarterly rebate statement? Has uob solved the shopee and Shopee mp issue? Hasn’t been getting the full extra rebate from Shopee ever since Shopee changed their MCC code.

I will know end of August (my last quarter is May - Jul).

am not very confident the bank bothers to resolve it. more like leaving it to customers who bother to appeal/lodge a complaint.

I just recieved UOB One Credit card. Also I bought a new NFC phone for the 1st time. I added UOB One credit card to Google pay. I noticed that you get 10% rebate for simplygo transactions. My question is; whether Google pay tap is considered simply go or do I have to explicity tap with the card for the merchant to be registered as simply go?

Enquire to uob on uob 500 tier cashback promotion since last week.

Cso say will arrange callback, no response received. Contacted them again to call me yesterday. No response. Contacted them again today, say will arrange callback again.

No one knows the details of the promotion. Tncs not clear at all. I realized this is not the first promotion in which tncs are not clear.

Found in an old article in Year 2021 it is MCC 8041. Not sure if it is still an eligible spend.

it just means rebate for the promo gets credit to one card and u get one rebate for the promo, average spend is another matter

I also got the invite la. But the problem is even more exclusions, even utility and bill payment dont count.....

I wanted to ask if average spend also need to within the exclusion or only the additional spend need to be within the exclusion

just got my card. got a qn, for overseas/online spending - do you all think it is more worth it to use UOB One vs youtrip or ICBC Global Travel Mastercard? meaning to just focus all spending on UOB One to hit the tiers

Oversea better to use youtrip or revolut type of cards. Get good exchange rates and no 3.25% fcy.

Either that, or the cc statement got a small line to show.. Or you can call to ask..

For old cards check the statement.

For new cards, call the hoine to ask. Usually first mth already over by the time you receive the card. Too late to plan your spending if wait for first statement.

Also use the opportunity to ask hotline to change your billing date to coincide with calender mth for easier tracking especially if you have UOB One bank account. Make sure they tell you clearly when is the first month billing period due to the change.
