Hi all,

My qualifying quarter is stated in my statement is (1) May to July, (2) August to October, (3) November to January, (4) February to April.

My statement date is on 2nd of every month. Because the new Quarterly Cash back (of $600 and 10 transactions starts from1 September 2025 onwards, so I should start spending a minimum of $600 from 3 November 2025 onwards? Is this correct?

Thanks in advance!
I have similar quarters as yours. I thought the $600 spend should be from 3 Oct onwards because:
3 Oct - 2 Nov (Nov statement)
3 Nov - 2 Dec (Dec statement)
3 Dec - 2 Jan (Jan statement)

not sure what's the difference between spending quarter and qualifying quarter but spending quarter should be the one to follow. just follow the months stated at the end of the statement.

if u pay thru singtel app i think no counted coz the payment gatewy is via AXS.

only pay from singtel website then counted. or singtel self service kiosk.

For Singtel bill, pay using website "Mybill" .... do not use App to pay as App uses AXS channel, which is ineligible for any rebates or qualify for minimum spend ....

Are the rebates in late for July? Is it only me or everyone else? My cycle is following the calendar quarter.

your jul statement generated already?
Not yet. I am just referring to the app. But I am pretty sure that the rebates are usually in by end of the month. Anyway I notice that the transactions for July are wonky. Some that I made 2 weeks ago are still not reflected in there.

The cashback rebates are reflected now. Earlier today in the morning could only see it reflected in UOB app under details section but under transactions section it was missing,

So important to ensure eligibility of your transactions on the card. I had a payment to HomeTeamNS in April which caused me to narrowly miss out on the minimum $500 eligible spend. Ended up with no rebates for the whole quarter. Furthermore, most of my expenditures were on Shopee, telecom and utilites. Wasted…

Check the tracker on uob one account. Does it exclude this transaction also and total below $500 ?

Trying to establish if the tracker is accurate enough for card rebate (except for insurance which is eligible for bank account but not for card rebate).

Can call in to appeal

unfortunately, the tracker only tracks eligibility for the bonus interest for One account, and not the eligibility for the quarterly cashback from the One card.

A transaction may qualify for the One account bonus interest but not for the quarterly cashback for One card (e.g. payment of insurance).

Find it strange to put the spending under govt, same for SAFRA. Anyway if you did not receive the ONE bonus interest in May for April, you should have appealed. One bonus interest and quarterly rebates exclusions more or less the same, if not mistaken, the only transaction that qualifies for rebates and not interest is insurance premium..
