Anybody got a weird quarterly Cash Rebate instead of usual $50 / $100 / $300 ?

I got mine at $198.++, which is none of the tier.

If anybody knows what has happened, please let me know, thanks~

Did you only have $198.++ on your statement bill? If so, the remaining 101.++ will still be available to offset your future bill.

Sorry, maybe I do not understand what you mean.
What I saw while logged in to Internet Banking, it reflect as follow :

"UOB ONE CASH REBATE BILL REDEMPTION" ===>>> $197.46

Is this new changes on UOB-ONE Cash Rebate system?

I did not recall having this for the past many quarters.

Thanks Trazora~

Basically if your bill is $197.46, $197.46 is being credited to your card to offset the bill. The rest of the $300 quarterly rebate (ie $102.54) is still available to offset your future bill (s)

My actual spent for this bill was supposed to be above $2000++, it was because I made some partial payment before the statement generated.

The reason I did partial payments was to eliminate from using that portion of money away, scarely~

Not sure what u mean by "Eliminate from using that portion of money away". Anyway was your query about the $197.++ rebate answered?

Hi guys,

1. I applied for GIRO for the UOB One Credit Card bill payment via the UOB One Account itself last week. Any idea how long it will take for approval and confirmation?

2. My submitted GIRO arrangement was for full credit card bill payment. Will full payment affect my required $500 monthly expenditure in any way? Or should I arrange for partial payment instead?

My experience for GIRO linkage was quite fast . I think it was immediate setup from Internet Banking. Although I can not be so sure now since it was done quite a while ago

Thanks for the info bro. You are so much more helpful than some of the UOB staff themselves :D

Sorry for having so many questions coz I'm a first time credit card user :(

Oh and by the way, I should always go for full payment for the credit card just before the month ends right?

From the monthly statement

Thanks bro. So far for July its stated "to 31st July" so that must be my due date.

Anyway I also went on to cancel this CashPlus service and the CashPlus card that suddenly appeared in my iBanking. Can't think of any uses for it.

Due date should be asking you to pay by a certain date, not sure you looking at the right date.

By all means cancel the cashplus card
