Out of curiosity, may I ask. In your case
if Month #1 you meet $1000 spend tier
Month #2 you meet $1000 spend tier
Month #3 you miss the $1000 spend tier because of this incident
you get $0 rebate for the quarter?
In this case, it should be $50 as the scenario will have met the monthly spend of $500 for the quarter.
It is more likely every month he has spent $500 or more but because of the transaction in any of the three months, he was deemed not to have spend the required $500 in a particular month for the quarter.

Usually when will the quarterly rebates arrive? How many days after the last billing day of each quarter?

If I remember the T&C correctly, it is stated that the rebate will be reflected in the following month statement after your quarter. For example if your statement is end of month and your quarter is Oct/Nov/Dec 2018, the rebate will be reflected in end Jan 2019 statement

Yes. That is provided there is spending in the Jan statement. In short the rebate will be used to offset spendings in subsequent month(s) till it is used up.

You can see the rebate in ibanking, even before it is credited into your card. Click in the credit card page, click the 'show more points' or something to show the hidden part. It is below the credit card total spending and above your transaction detail items.

No. Rebate will be shown there also.
Say your statement quarter is from Sep - Dec. At 1st Jan, the rebate is already visible in the ibanking place I mentioned, but in transaction history you can only see the rebate credited to your card at the end of Jan.

yes .. I just logged in. Can see the rebate $, Smart $ and UNI $ at the header level.

But the rebate $ (whether it is $50 or $100 or $300) is still not reflected at line level (so call posted transactions).

Yeah... The dropdown panel is to say you are eligible for this amount of rebate for the past quarter. But amount will only be credited to you by end of the month. So only after the actual crediting, you can see it in transaction history.

The good thing of the dropdown is you know your rebate in advanced and if you want to dispute the amount with the bank, you can straightaway doing it instead of waiting till month end.

Not "towards", should be "after" the end of quarter rebate cycle. If you are in the midst of the quarter and wish to know if the previous month you have fulfilled the requirement, you have to call the bank.

If rebates is only known after the cycle, it is too late to dispute.

Anyway rebates is not posted at the end of the month. It is always posted immediately (i.e. the next day) after your quarter cycle has just ended. So if your quarter ends on 15 Dec 2018, you will see the quarterly rebates posted on 16 Dec 2018

Thanks for reply but doesn’t help me right?
