Need some quick advice.

Applied and received the One card on 30 Apr, statement day for each month on the 12th. Called the CSO a few days ago and was told that 2nd quarter has already started, like ??? was not even a full month for 1st month (30 Apr to 12 May). Spending thus far is around 2.4k (with some more bill due later in the month before 30th), should I try to hit 3k and appeal for the $100 rebate?

TIA

Your first quarter rebate is pro-rated. So you will get 2/3 of $300 which is $200 if you meet the $2k spending each in the next 2 months of the quarter.

Your first quarter already ended on 12 Jun. How much u spend 30apr-12may and 13may-12Jun? Now you already on the 2nd quarter where the first month just ended; how much did you spend in 13Jun-12jul statement?

30 apr - 12 may = 412.50
13 may - 12 jun = 898.28
13 jun - 12 jul = 1100.18

You likely eligible for 1/3 of $50 for meeting min $500 (and min 5 transaction) for 13may to 12 jun. Can try appeal to get 2/3 of $50.

You on track for $100 quarterly rebate if you continue to spend min $1000 and min 5 transactions in both 13jul to 12 Aug and 13 Aug to 12 Sep.

Thanks. Another question, post date or transaction date is used to determine the period it falls in? e.g. transaction date on 12th but post date on 17th and statement date is on the 12th

My spending for first quarter since April:
25 April - 12 May : $102.80
13 May - 12 June: $2000.12
13 June - 12 July: $2000.60

But I only received $100 quarterly rebate. I suppose to receive $200 based on pro-rated.

If you have already received your first rebate, you first quarter should have been Apr, May and Jun statement. $100 rebate is correct in this case. Jul statement is the second quarter.
