Do you also have a hospital spending which was also rejected? If so, did you check on the MCC code to see if it is listed?

I stop charging hospital bill to UOB One Card after the change.

Btw, a few posts back someone mention this :
Govt hospital bill confirmed not counted, I learned it the hard way.

i saw my Cash rewards on UOB ONE as $300 ( not yet credited in, i know it will credit after my bill statement date) , which should be the rebate on my 2k spend per calender month . but my Grab spend additional rebate didnt appear on the cash rewards . is that normal? sorry it was my 1st time earning Grab rebate via Grab top up. ( prior to new tnc ).
so both my usual UOB ONE spend rebate and the additional Grab rebate will be credited in togther after my bill cycle?

thanks
thanks .

Correction, the $300 is for min $2k spend in each statement month of your quarter, not calendar month unless your statement month is the same as statement month.

The $300 will be redeemed to offset your bill on your 4th month statement onwards as and when there is bill to be offset. So if there is bill to offset in your 4th month statement the rebate will be credited at end of 4th month. The additional rebate for grab will be credit at end of the 4th month statement (regardless there is bill or not).

Anyone got $200 rebate only instead of $300? Even though they did 2k grab top up each month? My last statement (applied card in Jan, 4th statement only give $400 rebate)...

Edit more details: Oh Damn, they used the 3rd Statement to pay off the rebate. No wonder its only for 2 months.

Your so called 3rd statement is actually our "4th statement" (i.e. first statement after your first quarter)

Ok Thanks Trazora. that's the answer i need. so that means the Grab rebate will not appear under ''Details''--> Rewards'' but however, will still be credited at the end of the 4th month statement right?

You can’t split the income tax payment for Cardup.

Suggest

100 income tax tier to ipaymy
63.50 Pru insurance tier to cardup/ipaymy
340 on StarHub bill via starhub website/app

These qualify to uob one card rebate and uob one account bonus interest.

Confused, UOB exclude the insurance payment. if you use IPAMY pay the insurance, the payment detail on UOB CC still shows insurance Company name. so UOB eill still know.

MCC of ipaymy not excluded. Exclusion based on MCC, not transaction description.

Can anybody help?
My bills from s&p, insurance, starhub amounts to $1k monthly. I link it with my DBS Everyday card but realise the rebates are really unattractive.
Currently my salary is credit to UOB1 . Do u think it’s better if I shift my monthly commitments to UOB1? And from the post above insurance premium is not getting extra bonus?

To get cash rebate from insuranve need to use cardup/ipaymy.

$1k a month can get 3.33% cash rebate if maintain for three months. But need to pay some fees for cardup/ipaymy
