u can call them to align statement date to calendar month. Otherwise like this how you rem?

Yes better to align.. then u can also see from the credit limit left to know how much u have spend on the card for that month including those that have not been posted..

credit limit only helps if you have only one card with the bank.

Guess you did not spend in Nov statement, cash back will be redeemed at end of 4th month or later statement to offset subsequent spendings

Statement date of the 4th month = the 1st statement of next quarter cycle.

online, contactless or any other payment mode are all eligible provided they are not in the excluded categories of spending as stated in the terms and condition.

Oh.. ya.. i only use 1 card per bank etc.. don't even have other cards.

Anyone using One debit card? Is there annual fee? Am holding on to the Uob direct debit card which is more than sufficient since i have cards from other banks.

But they’ve now replaced it with One debit & there is no more “basic” debit card. If there’s an annual fee then its useless to me, when my direct debit card expires & if they send me a One debit i might as well replace it with an ATM card.

They charged me the annual fee for my Direct debit and refused to waive it. Had to cancel it. No loss.
