hahahaha, happened to me before as well, when I wanted the tx to carry over to next statement, they will put in current one, when I wanted the tx to be in current one so as to meet the min spend, they will delay it to the next one...

New HWZ makes it hard to search threads... So Im sorry if this question is repeated.

Anyone knows if season parking is considered as eligible spend?

HDB's season parking confirm no, other season parking should be yes.

Yes, this new look forum sucks.

knn, just checked with the bank, Safra is under government services, MCC 9399. Please avoid using the card to spend at Safra. My bonus interest for last month no more.

It depends on your statement date also
My statement date for the last quarter is Dec-Feb, so by right the rebate should be in on 31st March as per last year. Anyway already know why I did not get as I had Safra's transaction for February.

5% rebate can be a big sum if u spend a lot. you should pursue.

just an update to those who're affected by missing rebates from shopee purchases, i managed to receive the outstanding missing rebates (credited back to my credit card yesterday). not much but it's a start. the CSO who handled my case from start to end called me to say that the bank is working on this gap to avoid the same error again (for missing shopee rebates).

i took it with a pinch of salt as my similar experience with another bank (SC) ended with them cancelling the programme completely (it was about recognising EZ auto-reload with CC). i did make another shopee purchase recently just to test out if what he said is worthy.

so for those who've missing rebates from shopee please don't give up and continue to chase for answer :)
