Anyone has issues with UOB one card in Apply Pay when paying for Shell? The discount doesn't work, need to use the physical card. I have been using Apple Pay for Shell for the longest time, only recently it stopped working.

Hi, may I know if you found a solution?

I encountered same issue with my UOB card on ipaymy, it worked well for me in Oct, my last used on ipaymy was 22 Oct i think.
ipaymy cso responded, issue solved by using another laptop, so i guess it could be cache issue

After log in, go to accounts -- one account -- details -- view activities, from there you will see 2 levels, one is your credit card spending and the other salary or giro, I have not completed both, but the credit card one likely indicates the transactions in order to complete the level.
Have not explore the new features in the new app yet. Good to know we can see now. ;)

Is it the amount too low to GIRO ? Not sure about UOB cards but like Standard Chartered cards GIRO not triggered if amount due less than $10.

Better call the hotline immediately to confirm and see if need to make payment immediately to avoid late interest charged.

was deduction made from your bank? if so then no issue.
Yes the deduction is made to pay frm my uob savings acct to the uob one credit card. But due date was yesterday but when i checked today the amount due is still reflected.

then just need to wait a bit more. There will not be any late charge/interest since it is on GIRO.

To confirm, if installment plan is made by the merchant at point of transaction, the monthly installment is valid/counted as rebate?

Had been paying my Prudential premium via Cardup for several years.

If i switched to pay using UOB One via Prudential portal, will this payment be counted as part of my 2k spending per mth? Thanks
