Koptiam under Fairprice also usually take 3-4 working days to get posted for UOB One, OCBC 365 - 1 day. So I don't spend using UOB One at kopitiam on the last week of the month, unless you want the transactions to get posted for next month.

If spend $500 monthly is based on transaction date or posting date? I already hit $500 spending on 21 May 2025. My spending month is 01-31 of the month. Today if I spend so it counts for next month statement?

Hi Guys,
I am a new user of UOB one card.
I miss a minimum spent tier by few days.
Spend date was within the cycle window but the transaction post date occur after the billing cycle ended.
Do you know if they would be flexible and allocate the higher spending tier if I call them?
Thank you.

Yes, can call them to submit an appeal. They should be able to help you this once, but will ask you to spend more next month to 'top up' the difference.

Last time they told me such arrangements is out of good will and only allowed once a year...

Can try. Usually first time they will agree to request

But i will try to hit my min by end of the third week to allow time for the transactions to be posted in time.

My quick take on the UOB One card changes. Overall I think it might be a slight buff depending on your usage pattern (e.g. u are on Tier 3, don't spend much on UOB Travel and DFI Retail Group).
https://www.uob.com.sg/assets/pdfs/one-credit-card-changes-faq.pdf

Nerfed:
- Tier 1 min spend increased from $500 to $600
- No more additional cashback for UOB Travel and DFI Retail Group
- Minimum transaction count increased from 5 to 10 across all tiers

Buffed:
- Tier 1 quarterly base cashback increased from $50 to $60
- Groceries now gives additional cashback of 2.67% for Tier 2 and 4.67% for Tier 3
- Monthly cap for additional cashback increased from $100 to $120 across all tiers
