70% still money in pocket. i dun hav to sell any stocks to take out money if i nid the money.

until 1day sg stock mkt more mature, zero comms, i will still rather pay unker sam 30% to hav better regulation.

How you determine your fair value?

i look at historical divys, PE and see wht is the mean or median.
then look at other financials, such as D/E, revenue, interests coverage, div payout ratio.
base on the numbers, give the historical divys and PE a discount or premium, dat is my fair value.
