I'll be in HCMC on 30 Mar, arriving at 12.30pm. I have yet to book a hotel yet. Would Elios have availability? How much would it cost? Also, would I be in time for a tour to Cu Chi Tunnels? I understand some tour operators has 1 that starts from 1pm to 5pm.
