Define "reasonable". One man's/woman's reasonable may not be the same as another. :p

Spa/massage in HCMC is very cheap, it will cost you 75k dong for an hr of massage. Spa and jacuzzi will come free(no time limits usuage). Tippings will be around 50k Dong. It will cost you less then S$10 to enjoy a good spa/Jacuzzi +an hr of massage.

*Do not visit hotel spa/massage, they will slice you to bits and pieces.
(compared to singapore it still relatively cheap)

Btw i didnt see anyone mentioned about hair salon.
Their hair salon is a must try service, i believe all guy or even ladies will love it.
Just visit any hair salon in HCMC after a hot day walk for a hair wash.(Price range from S$6-S$10) In vietnam they do practise tippings, as usual a S$2-5 tips will come with rewarding service the nest time you visit.
Hair wash service-
All young and pretty ladies or should i call girl.
Hair-wash duration 1-2hr(depending)
The girl will do a full hair wash for you, shampooing, conditioner, etc, etc, etc last around 1 hr. After that they will do some body massge for you which will last another hr. You will find that they will have plentiful of things to chat with you. Will not find it bored for the 2hr durations.
Pls check price before agreeing cause some hair -salon will slice you up like carrot also.

Will be willing to share info anytime:)
Cheers!

Anyone knows whether going to the casino, if there is any attire to abide to?

And, @davivang, any saloon you recommend? I've been wanting to try it out.

If you wanna visit casino , you must wear at least jean with covered shoes which alot of casino stated. For tourists or if your staying in a hotel with casino , they can allow you in anytime even ur in pyjamas.

Hair salon- walk anywhere you can find one easily. Dont paisei ask for price first before you engage any service.
I always visit a hair salon located in District 5 which the locals there call chinatown district. For the name if you want i pm you later cause the name card at home.

So, for me being a tourist, I don't have to wear jeans + covered shoe eh?

Alright, thanks.

Finally, one more day to HCMC. Booked the ticket months ago.

Long due break! Most likely will be planning to go Mui Ne and Vung Tau and stay within HCMC.

For those also going soon, enjoy your holiday!

Anyway, I'm back and it's damn fun.
