Got prepare is better, you never know when you will need it. I got food poisoning once in a thai island, lucky got bring med if not run my whole trip.
Oversea travel easy to get stomach ache.

You all should try Norit...super good and effective for food poisoning, LS, vomit, stomach pain etc. I recommended many and all said good. Now I only bring this for all my trips. Can get at pharmacy or Watsons etc. It doesn't contradict other med, so can take together and also can take many and in close sessions, wont over dose or whatever.

Norit is actually charcoal pills.

personally lactoforte capsules works for me
in HCM, I'll will try to find Enterogermina capsules from pharmacy
