whole package for 2 person

USD1249 for 2 pax? Days? Air tickets separate right? But it seems not much itineraries at Hanoi and Sapa. Meals? My Hanoi 9 days package is USD583 per adult, include almost 100% meals and many itineraries, include 1 day to Ninh Binh, though cruise is 1N. Overall, I still think yours is quite ex.

Jet star allows 7kg hand carry, and additional 3 kg if you carry a laptop.
Tiger air allowed 10kg.
However, both never check your hand carry total weight, at least not for me. Try not to exceed the dimensions allowed though, otherwise they might check.
Last trip my hand carry is 13kg..

We had used bus, grab. Forget about taxi, some meters are rigged. Grab is much cheaper than taxi.
