To be honest, a 1% difference is pretty small, not worth the effort in my opinion, SG's rate is still pretty decent at 16,600, but of course can change a bit and go there change more if you want.

Anyway, cheapest and most convenient SIM card during my trip this time was from Vinaphone at the airport, only 105k for 5GB data.

Pretty cheap compared to the rest.

Rented a bike for 260K for 2 and a half day this trip, seems cheaper than previously.

Where did you rent and ride the bike? In hcm or other city?

I rented near Phạm Ngũ Lão, a lot of bike rentals there as it's the backpackers area, compared to other areas.

Just walk around they have the "Bike for Rent" sign place on the bikes then just ask them price.

They will take your passport and return you when you return the bike.

Just remember to take photos of any major scratches or dents when you collect the bike.

On hindsight from my first visit to hcmc, was surprised to know that hcmc D1 cost of living is probably high for the locals.
the local fares like bun bo hue, pho, banh beo is like typically 40~60k

Vinaphone best. But que also longest and that day I went, got a bunch of malaysian tourists taking their own sweet time and dunno what they want.

Can go clubbing at Bui Vien Walking Street. There are several Health Spa opposite Pullman Hotel, just 300m away from one of the entrance to Bui Vien Street.
