smaller shops or eatery places or supermarkets, they accept vnd usually ...
Not all restaurants. The local ones don't... If they do... Usually are those expensive ones

What's nice to do at Da Nang, Hoi An n Hue? :) thx

I went to these 3 places in Dec.

Danang - Golden Bridge, city tour.
Hoi An - old town, night markets, Marble Mountain, My Son Sanctuary. Under the Marble Mountain, lots of shops selling crystals, carvings and feng shui stuff.
Hue - ancient city, palace, ancient tombs, temples

Don't have to spend too much on hotels. In HoiAn, i stayed in a home stay which is very good, 250k only. It is 20 mins from the old town by foot, but i rent a motor for easy exploring. Old town, go at night. Day time nothing much. If want to go to My Son sanctuary, need to be early, like 8am. Get the hotel to book for you.

In Danang, i didn't get to explore much. They are famous for the beach and seafood. There is a night market which i like at the city area. My hotel is quite a distance from the city centre, about 20 mins by bike. My hotel is very new and nice, 250k only. I don't believe in spending too much in hotels since i will be out for the whole day. But if you are travelling with families, then different story.
In Hue, my hotel sucks. And the ancient tombs are under rebuilding so i didn't get to visit. The palace is a must visit, to learn about their history. Need about 4 hours there so don't go too late. There's a walking street with vibrant night life. Many leather shops there, if you're into these.

Interested to find out before my trip... How much is a typical dinner cost per person?
It can cost as low as $1 to as high as few hundred USD per person

As my typical dinner in VN may not be the same as yours

Hi guys. Is it better to change Dong here or go hcmc change? In terms of rate and also the authenticity?
Go to the two changers opposite Ben Thanh market, at the beginning of "Malay Street"
Rates quite good

Nowadays I rarely change at airport or in Singapore unless urgent
