anyone bought resale vietnam property from a foreigner in HCM before?

how are the procedures like and what are the pitfalls? looking at several older capital land developed units.

Expensive, very very expensive.

And iirc lease hold is only 50 years. So you need to look at the age of the property and then minus 50 years..

Example:
If the condominium is 15 years. 50 -15.
You are left with only 35 years.

If you are considering to rent out, then look at units close to District 1... Currently there is no major plans by the Vietnam govt and HCMC district govt to move the CBD out from District 1.

For arrival... The immigration Queue for Sky Priority is on the far left...
It is easy to identify as they use blue queue stand to corner the entire area. It is together with the ariline crew and diplomats

For Departure... The immigration for Sky priority is on the Far Right...

Same thing blue Queue stand cornering the whole area. If you don't know. Just approach any of the Staffs or officer standing around the Immigration area and they will point you to the correct direction

Thanks all for the advice. I landed HCMC tonight tgt with 3 other flights slightly ahead of mine. I faster chiong to the immigration look for SkyPriority lane. Thankfully all is smooth.

imo, just go. the autumn weather in Hanoi is very unpredictable for the past 3 to 4 years.

yes it is Viettel. Viettel for a good balance between calls and 4G data.
if you only want data, then get vinaphone

its easy to get sim card right after you clear the airport customs and the luggage area... they are all there.

weather is similar to Singapore.
Hot and windy and rainy.

AMDK backpack Tourists wear t-shirt, chinos pants/jeans, sports shoes. Slippers for going to the nearby FamilyMart/ circle K or the hotel breakfast

Shorts probably for walking around the vicinity

1 polo probably if they wanna go to somewhere more posh or expensive places

Should be hot now. Wear light will be okay. I usually wear shirt, bermudas and sandals. Luckily no robbers interested in me yet.

I will wear comfortable sneakers or sports shoes since going to walk a lot and tour outside the city. And its rainy season too. Slippers/sandals only if going nearby vicinity.
