If you are nervous st all about water pay a little more for trusted Brand’s. But whatever u do just make sure the cap is sealed (hear the click) as sometimes ppl fill bottles from taps (street vendors etc)

Thanks. Any idea does arrival at HCMC also have priority lane?
It’s my first time visiting Vietnam and 8 yrs since my last vacation to BKK. So pls pardon me if I asked silly questions.. anxiety is real
i’ve checked with a few other airlines under SkyTeam as well as Cathay and Emirates but they all replied no priority lanes. So it seems only Vietnam Airlines can issue access to priority lane?? Any expert can advise?

Look for the ASEAN lane.

Priority lane usually refers to immigration lane for business class lanes, diplomat, ABTC lane

For Vietnam, priority immigration lane is for business class and skypriority.

Baggage scanning priority is only for business class and above passengers.

For Thailand, iirc it's for star alliance.

Cathay is oneteam alliance. Only Gold or Platinum member can use.
Emirates is not part of any alliance. Loner. And if you fly business or first class with Emirates, the staff will automatically hand you the "Fast Track" card on the plane before you transit via Dubai

So... Skypriority don't apply.

Coz i see most HLB day tours are like 8am set off, 6-7pm reach back hanoi. If bus journey is like 3 hrs, i cant explore much, if there is much to explore.

I bought 1 day 6hrs tour junk boat package. 8am set off from hanoi and 10pm retun hanoi.

Book the package but is one-way

After the trip finish, you check in to your hotel in Halong and continue to explore the city.

Next day arrange a car to send you back to Hanoi

Looking at klook, i saw that the one-way bus transfer back to hanoi is somewhere in middle of the area. If so, where do you suggest for a hotel stay?

Also, if i booked those 1 day tour, i can tell the guide that i am not taking the bus back to hanoi and i OTOT from there? Although, it means that i have to bring my full luggage around.
