ya I did this. Fly in to hcm (reach 8am), stay 1 night, next morning fly to Danang. Allows me time to relax, eat and do some shopping in hcm.

By right, northern girl are more traditional. Law is stricter in northern vietnam. However, in my opinion, because of the proximity with China. Alot girl also now "polluted" by China materialism.

Southern girl more YOLO mentality. Law are less stringent. Well spread of soft drug in southern vietnamese teens. High single parenthood due to lack of sex education.

There is a old saying. if you cheat and kenna caught by southern girl, they at most cheat all your money. but if you cheat and kenna caught by northern girl, they will cut off ur KKJ.

Seriously you need your history checked. Before Vietnam war, they shared a common identity whether north or south. Southern vietnamese people (I'm talking about the Kinh ethnic group only) are a result of constant southward emmigration from the north for hundreds of years to escape famine and overpopulation. That's why they are carefree, easy going in nature.
Regarding the language, the Hanoi accent is considered correct simply because it is the capital. Both Hanoi and Saigon accents have diverged significantly from the language first originated in north Vietnam thousand years ago. Southern accent is more different because it has incorporated elements from Cham and Khmer language into it (which also reflects their carefree and easy going nature)

It's rather not correct.
The tendency in northern Vietnam is: Laws are made to be broken. They are not afraid of anything because it's the capital. What to be afraid about if your relatives are in the government?
People in southern Vietnam generally follow the laws. They are more afraid of the government, because the North conquer the South.

i supposed dalat fits ur requirement. highland, see landscape and mountain.

some months are warmer than other. please plan properly.

got flight gg there. hence, easier to go than sapa.

in vietnam, u dun need to be too worry. always got cheap accommodation if you can take it. cleanliness can be a issue.. lol
