Then some will appear... The letters on top have some signs... Will choose from there ...

or tầng (pronounce as Deng, tone going down)
Both word means floor
lầu 11 / tầng 11 = 11th floor
lầu 3 / tầng 3 = 3rd floor

Furthermore, buildings in HCMC come and go really fast. Therefore many shops just leave out the building name.

Da Nang has the best Banh Xeo in the whole Vietnam. Google Bánh Xèo Bà Dưỡng. It's a little hard to find, I went with a local so easier.
