Salt + Pepper + Line = Chilli for their shell fish

Chrab fried with garlic, salt, dry Chilli, is nice and spicy.

Shell fish with some sauce with butter and some sweet sauce

Kang Kong with lard.If you notice veitnam and thailand their kang kong dont comes with the leaves.

150sgd per night... you can get very good hotels.

in fact if you visit the individual websites of the 4-5 star hotels like Sofitel, Pullman, Hyatt etc, you should be able to book 150$/night without breakfast

We stayed at Grand silverland hotel, King bed with window, jacuzzi bath tub. Room is spacious. Breakfast & Afternoon hi tea foc from 3-5pm. About 5 mins walk to Ben Tanh market. Can walk to saigon square, taka, war museum.

Can i go out form the international airport?

At HCM, you have to go through immigration at international airport, collect your checked in luggage, exit the building and walk over to the domestic airport building. Then go to the Vietnam airline counter to check in your luggage before you go inside to wait for your connecting flight.

Adding on.... After you come out from the arrival hall...

Walk all the way to the right side

You see BIG BOWL.. pass that you will see BK

Pas that and it is a long covered pavement....

Walk walk walk and you will see vietjet in the distance...
Walk walk walk and you will walk into the Arrival hall of the Domestic Airport.

This place is very chaotic in the daytime. People coming from all directions... Don't care them
Just keep walking...

Walk Pass like two cafes on your left... A couple of massage chairs on your right...

Vietnam airline check-in is RIGHT at the end

By the time you reached the check-in area, you will be cursing and swearing and SWEATING hahahaha

A bit breathless but you are there

You will probably ask yourself why didn't you take the AirAsia flight instead (SIN-KL-DN)

I thought just like singapore we transfer inside changi airport.

The Silverland chain of hotels like not bad. They have quite a few in HCMC.

This coffee shop quite crowded most of the time.

My first hotel is Liberty Central Saigon center
I chose there because a few reasons:

• Near benh market. (Less than a min walk)
• Near Takashima & Saigon center (less than 8 mins walk if u walk the back lane- cut through the construction)
• 10 mins walk to independence
• 12 -15 mins walk to Water puppet
• 12 -15 mins walk to War museum

Sometimes I walk. Sometimes I grab bike. \o/ \o/
Only time I grab car is because raining.

On the ferry way to Vung Tau saw a weird looking ship
The sail doesnt act like sail since is operated by propeller
And sail have holes. Lol. For decoration? :[

After 2 hours ferry ride. Reached Vung Tau.

First thing u see is the cable car.
This leads to Ho May Park. But don’t think I’m going. :[
Google looks abit boring.

This is my hotel. \o/ \o/

The room is huge for 1-2 ppl.

Even the toilet is like a room. :-O

Chop chop curry pok. Faster bath and had my lunch nearby at Lotte
And guess what I saw?? Our local bread talk at Vung Tau. \o/ \o/
Nope. Not having lunch there. Just somewhere nearby.

Were you able to sleep at night? My room was on level 7...the window is Facing the building next door...

At night like after 11pm... The traffic noise from the road is super loud
