Drive to Tay minh b4 to pray est 6 hours, no grab will take you there.

A few results will show up. Otherwise, if you are going there directly from tan son nhat airport, then you can ask the people at the arrival hall information counter

Local coach iirc is payment after you board the bus...

In little Tokyo, most of the Viet girls there need to know how to speak basic Japanese....

If one of the massage girls speak with you in japanese, it will usually sound like this:
"Hi sir! Masaji shimasu ka? (Hi sir, massage you want?)"

If you want, say "hai, sekkusu wa arimasen. (Yes but no bom bom)"

Some of them will reply back:
"Eh...... Shikashi, karera no sabisu wa yoi desu! (But their service is good)"

Just stay firm and repeat:
"ie" or "no"

If they insist just walk away...

Just a few things to take note:

• Apply sunblock. Sun is crazy hot

• Bring umbrella or raincoat. Sometimes will rain in the day

• Becareful your wallet & Mobile. Specially when u r walking on the pavement & motorcycles zooming in front & behind u

• Watch the pavement & crossing roads. Motorist can go against the traffic

• Do not drink tap water , buy mineral water.
Do not eat raw stuff. Use ur own judgement
Some street cooked food really cannot eat when u see the hygiene

• If u r going for massage, ask whether Tippings Inlcuded package.
They should show u some menu with printed words “Tippings included”

• if possible. Take grab. Amount is fixed.
Their taxi might take a longer route. Even vinasun taxi
Try to give exact fees. If u give them big notes. They will have hard time to change.

• My telco vinaphone coverage so far so good.
I think I paid Vnd$138k for data package. 30 days unlimited
You can see the counter once u exit the airport. On the left side.

Coverag ok. Except places like Mekong delta. And ulu place like cu chi tunnel. Some blind spots.

• if you are dining. Certain restaurants will put tibits or some wet towels. If u don’t intend to eat or use the towel. Don’t touch it and ask them take it back. These cost money. Between vnd$3000 to $5000.
Small amount per meal. But u eat 3 meals outside for a few days
Amount is quite a lot.

THe listings that u have are high end.
All in the hotels.

I never try Buffet coz I’m a solo traveller.
But
I eat seafood. See the past few posts
Had one in HCM.

Depends what kind of seafood.
If u have crabs. They calculate by kg.

No matter what. The pricing should be cheaper than sg
Try those standalone restaurants. Not hotel kind.
If anything more expensive. Make sure the food is really delicious.
Always check with TripAdvisor. Most of the reviews r quite accurate

Things that are more expensive than sg are your branded goods
Eg. Nike, Adidas, etc
